Scott Simpson joined the Active 20-30 Club of Santa Rosa #50 in 1988. He was quite active, serving on the Board of Directors for 4 terms, as well as chaired the Halloween Party at the Luther Burbank Center.

Scott attended the International 20-30 Convention in 1993 to help lobby for the Santa Rosa #50 club to host the 1995 International Convention at the Flamingo Hotel and Resort in Santa Rosa, CA.
