’20-30′ Club for Young Group Plan

Santa Rosa will soon have a new Junior service club, it was disclosed today, when plans for the organization of a “20-30” club were announced by a group of young business and professional men here.

Membership In the organization, which is statewide and growing rapidly, is limited to men between the ages of 20 and 30 years. Already well established in Petaluma, representatives of the club from that city will meet with a group of Santa, Rosans Thursday evening to launch a club here, it is announced.

President Walter Olsen, of the Petaluma club, will head the delegation coming here, and will explain in detail the aims and purposes of the “20-30” organization.

Unlike other service clubs, the “20-30” meets at dinner at 6:30 in the evening and the meetings adjourn promptly at eight o’clock, it is announced.

Invitations to attend the organization meeting have been extended to many well known young Santa Rosans in business life here, and it is expected that a large group will attend and hear plans for establishment of a unit here.
